What services does Spraycan offer?

Why should I pay you rather than designing something myself?
When you put something together quickly on Canva or Figma, you only get to work from their set toolbox, which can be pretty limiting. For a graphic design company, we use programs in Adobe Creative Suite and the like, which can offer a little more freedom and complexity when it comes to designs. As people, we also pull from our own unique skills, which could be an asset to niche needs. We have four outside perspectives that look in on your business to offer suggestions that we see. Whether it be our consulting or designing a website or brand for you, five brains put together can pull out new angles you may not have even known were there!
Additionally, we help shoulder the creative side of the business for you. We’re your partners! Rather than having to dedicate the time and energy to learn a completely new skill, you can work with us to develop your ideas, and we can bring it to life, since that’s our bread and butter. This way, you have more time to focus on the ins and outs of your business.
What’s the timeline like for a project? The pricing?
We’d like to give an overall answer, but it really does depend on the scope of the project. Is it a website, brand identity, both? Is it just an advertising campaign? They’re all very different. For example, even if we’re talking about just websites, we have to factor in whether it’s a splash page or something a little more complex, like e-commerce. The timeline depends on our current projects in progress, as well as upcoming deadlines, and, of course, your deadline needs.
We always have an initial meeting with you so we can understand exactly what your needs are, then we deliver a proposal with pricing and a timeline.
What’s included in your website design services?
It depends on what you may need. We offer custom website design; no templates! We also can provide search engine optimization (SEO), web hosting, and training. The prices vary depending on what you want in the final package.
When it comes to printed materials, do you handle just the design or the printing as well?
In house, we design everything ourselves. We work with a couple choice vendors when it comes to manufacturing any printed materials, but typically we handle getting everything printed for you, then you just come pick it up, get it mailed to you, or if the situation calls for it, we may be able to deliver it.
If we work on a brand identity together, do I get any revisions?
Yes! We always want a client to be in love with their new brand, or generally, whatever we create for them. Once we have the initial concepts done, we present them in a meeting with you. In that meeting, we gather your initial likes and dislikes, then allow you some time to sit with the logos to gather further information about possible revisions. Once that time has come to an end, we reconvene and discuss any changes. Sometimes there are revisions requested, sometimes they find one of the initial concepts perfect as is. Both are perfectly alright.
Who owns the rights to the artwork when we work together?
Since Spraycan is the creator of the work, we automatically own all the rights and copyright to a piece of work. You only have the right to use said work for your business. Unless a contract or agreement spells out that the rights are being transferred to another party, the work belongs to the creator.
Do you sell spraypaint?
No, we don’t. Did you need some?
How long will my spraytan last?
I dunno. Probably a couple days at least.
