Here at Spraycan, we believe in fostering a creative and positive work environment. That’s why we’re proud to have Minnie, our resident Yorkie-poo, as part of the team. Our creative director, Madisyn, is her owner, and gives us the absolute gift of bringing her to work most days a week. From begging for someone to watch her eat breakfast every morning to going crazy for any tiny noise-making machine, her personality is a treat to experience everyday. On top of being one of the cutest little dogs you’ve ever seen, she also plays a vital role in our design process.
Studies have shown that having interactions with animals can reduce stress and boost your mood. We definitely have proof of that here! Minnie’s presence brings a sense of joy to our office, and by keeping our morale up in this way, we’re able to approach our work with creativity and focus. She also naturally encourages breaks and interaction amongst our team members. She loves to make rounds to each of the team for her daily doses of attention and lap time. This improves communication and collaboration between everyone!
Minnie also keeps us safe by barking at every person that passes by our window, of course. But any of our clients who have met her know she’ll immediately become your best friend if you stop by for a meeting. She helps create a more welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for clients to discuss their branding or website needs openly and thoroughly. Just like we prioritize creativity, well-being, and a positive attitude among our team, we do just the same for all of our relationships with clients.
